Today we met the lovely Gabriela who showed my daughter the most gorgeous dresses. It was a professional service from start to finish.I was seated and was provided with a lovely coffee while Gabriela helped my daughter try on and wear the beautiful dresses. Each dress , Gabriela explained the materials and details and I was encouraging to take photos. It was a real joint effort. I’m happy to say that my daughter has found ‘the’ dress. Myself and my daughter have today picked up her prom dress. We had a lovely experience while in Evergreen Brides we were looked after very well and felt very comfortable. Gabriela was lovely and was helpful. If anyone out there is looking for a beautiful dress, I would recommend Evergreen Brides & Proms dresses. When I started out I was thinking it would be very stressful but this was definitely not the case. We have come home with a very beautiful and stylish dress. I have bought my wedding dress from Evergreen Brides and I could not have been happier with the experience. Gabriela was nothing short of amazing - I came with a budget that I imagine is a bit less than most brides but she still made me feel like I was a special customer and didn't try to upsell me something out of my price range (something I had experienced at another shop). I was able to try the dress I ended up going for on two occasions to make double sure I was happy and I never once felt any pressure. From the minute we walked in the door to us walking out with my daughter’s dream prom dress, we were treated like VIPs. Gabriela was kind, attentive but discreet and totally professional. The shop was closed for our privacy and my daughter was given Gabriela’s undivided attention. We were offered beverages, sweet treats and comfortable chairs to relax in and we were never made to feel rushed or pressured to buy. She gave wonderful advice about fitting, styling and alterations if needed and she had heeled shoes to hand to see how the dress would look on the night. The shop was pristine and the dresses immaculate. Gabriela is the dictionary definition of exemplary customer service and I cannot recommend Evergreen Brides enough!
